Installation Tips

• Remove the old seal and clean the sealing surfaces.
• Inspect flanges, grooves, shafts, and hardware for damage.
• Use the correct size and material; never reuse a compressed gasket or damaged O-ring.
• Install the seal without twisting, stretching, cutting, or pinching it.
• Center the gasket and align the mating surfaces.
• Tighten bolts evenly using the correct cross-pattern and torque.
• Test the system gradually for leaks before returning it to service.
