John Crane Chemlon 7200 sheet gasket is a biaxially oriented, filled PTFE sheet sealing material. Filled with barium sulfate, this material has exceptional compression and recovery characteristics. This material can be applied for pH ranges from 0 to 14 (including hydrofluoric acid), and temperatures from cryogenic to 260C/500F at pressures of up to 85 bar/1235 psi. John Crane Chemlon 7100 sheet gasket is a biaxially oriented, filled PTFE sheet material. Filled with silica, this material has high tensile strength in both directions and exhibits superior creep resistance. This material can be applied for pH ranges from 0-14, temperatures from cryogenic to 260C/500F, and pressures of up to 85 bar/ 1230 psi. John Crane Chemlon 7000 sheet gasket is a biaxially oriented, filled PTFE sheet material. Filled with hollow glass microspheres, this material has high tensile strength in both directions and exhibits superior creep resistance. This material can be applied for pH ranges from 0-14, temperatures from cryogenic to 260C/500F, and pressures of up to 85 bar/1235 psi. |
